All orders placed on the site are subject to the present terms and conditions of sale. The Horizon&joyas online boutique reserves the right to adapt or modify the general terms and conditions of sale at any time, so it is necessary to reread them each time you visit the site. The version applicable to any transaction is the one appearing online at www.horizonandjoyas.com at the time of the order. We consider that by validating your order, you unreservedly accept our general terms and conditions of sale after having read them.
The Horizon&joyas online store undertakes to comply with all the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to distance selling.
2. THE CUSTOMER
The Customer declares that he/she is a natural person of at least 18 years of age and has the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the site.
When registering the Customer's personal data in the “my account” section, the Customer must ensure that the mandatory data provided is accurate and complete. In the event of an error in the recipient's details, Horizon&joyas cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the customer's IP address is located in a country other than the billing and/or delivery address.
3. PRODUCTS
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Catalogue” section of our site. The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product, particularly with regard to colors. However, La boutique Horizonandjoyas cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual.
All texts and images presented on the La boutique horizondandjoyas website are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights: their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.
4. ORDER
The placing of an order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure established by La boutique Horizonandjoyas, represented by a succession of steps that the customer must follow in order to validate the order. The customer will have the opportunity, before definitively confirming his/her order, to check the details of the order and its total price, and to correct any errors, particularly concerning the delivery address, before confirming the order to express his/her acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of the present conditions.
Horizon&joyas will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order, or who contravenes the provisions hereof.
In this case, Horizon&joyas will inform the Customer by e-mail. Horizon&joyas reserves the right not to process the order in the event that the Customer fails to correct any erroneous information or information contrary to the present general terms and conditions of sale.
Horizon&joyas undertakes to send a confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, quantity, discounts, etc.) to the email address provided when the order was placed. To this end, the Customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by Horizon&joyas of the contents of his/her order.
5. PAYMENT
Internet users may place orders on the present site and pay by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, American Express), which will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. 6. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered by La Poste in mainland France, French overseas departments and territories and throughout Europe. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 working hours from receipt of full payment by the seller. In the event of unusual delays in the processing of products, an e-mail will be sent to you.
The product is delivered to the billing address unless otherwise specified in the fields provided for this purpose when placing the order.
The user may not claim compensation in the event of late delivery by the carrier. Furthermore, in the event of any anomaly upon receipt (damaged or open package, etc.), the user must file a claim with the carrier within 2 working days, by registered mail, with a copy to be sent to La Horizonandjoyas. If the user is present at the time of delivery, he/she must indicate any reservations to the delivery agent. The Horizonandjoyas boutique will not be held responsible for any such problems.

- Letter with tracking (sent by e-mail upon shipment) : Deposit in letterbox. No insurance in case of loss/theft/damage by post. Goods always travel at your own risk.
- International letter with tracking: Deposit in letterbox. No insurance in case of loss/theft/damage by the post office.
- Colissimo contre signature: Delivery against signature - Full refund in the event of loss/theft/damage after response and confirmation by the Post Office.
- Colissimo contre signature international: Delivery against signature - Full refund in the event of loss/theft/damage after response and confirmation by the Post Office.
- Mondial Relay: parcel delivered to the collection point chosen at the time of payment. Full refund in the event of loss/theft/damage after response and confirmation by Mondial Relay.
La Boutique reserves the right to modify the delivery method - All orders over 50€ are systematically delivered against signature.
Goods always travel at the recipient's risk.
In the event of an incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, the new shipment will be invoiced in addition to the order.
This being the case, despite all the care taken by Horizon&joyas in preparing packages, it is possible that a product may be missing.
Similarly, after the parcel has been transported, one of the products may prove to be faulty. This is why, upon receipt of the order, the customer must check the conformity of the products received.
Horizon&joyas reserves the right to modify the list of these countries at any time.

Here are the 3 order statuses:
- “payment accepted” Your order is awaiting preparation.

- "order shipped" Your order has left our premises and is being delivered.

NB: a delay of 24 to 48 hours may be necessary on carrier websites before the status of the parcel appears. The delivery times indicated above are to be taken into account from the time the parcel leaves our premises. Please note that Horizonandjoyas.com cannot be held responsible for late delivery.
Claims : For all complaints, we invite you to contact our services. All claims relating to a defect in the goods delivered, an inaccuracy in the quantities or their incorrect reference in relation to the accepted offer or order confirmation by Horizonandjoyas.com must be made to Horizonandjoyas.com by email no later than one day after receipt of the package: Horizonandjoyas.com
The buyer has a period of fourteen days after obtaining the agreement of return to make the return of defective goods properly protected, necessarily in letter with tracking at Horizonandjoyas.com After verification and acceptance of your return, a refund will be made upon receipt of the defective item within 48 hours.
7. RETURNS, RETRACTIONS AND REFUNDS
The customer has a period of fourteen clear days from delivery of the order in which to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods, by returning the new products (unworn and unwashed), at his own expense, by recorded delivery, together with the order number, to the following address :

When the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the buyer will not be taken back.
Refunds for products will be made within a maximum of 30 days of receipt by the company of said products. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of ordering.

The liability of Horizon&joyas with respect to the sale of products to the purchaser is limited in any event to the amount paid by the purchaser.
